Man pleads not guilty to rape charge

Balthezer Kandjeke (29), a resident of Okahandja Park Informal settlement, who was charged with rape after he is alleged to have committed the crime on the 21st of December 2015 near Value Logistics in the Northern Industrial area in the Windhoek district s denying the crime. Court documents show that on the 15th of March 2016 the accused pleaded not guilty in accordance with section 119. The accused is to be on court on the second of September 2016 due to further investigations, he remains in custody till then.
