Man charged with robbery with aggravating circumstances

Petrus Thomas (31) has been charged after he robbed Justine Nghipulenge and threatened to stab her with a knife. The incident took place on the 12 of January 2014 near No 9000, Lazarus Street, in Katutura.
Thomas is said to have taken a Samsung Chat 222 plus GT-E22, metalic silver in colour, believed to be valued at N$ 600. The mobile phone was not recovered.
Thomas is a resident of Erf 6111 Rennasance Str in the Ovambo section of Katutura.
He will appear in court on the 12th of April 2017 for a plea and trial hearing. He is currently on bail for N$1000 court documents show.
