Goeiemann maybe not a good man, as he faces rape of minor charge

Michael Goeiemann (24) a resident of Erf 1097 Beijing Street Otjomuise was charged with committing rape on the 12th of December 2015 court documents show.
The accused is alleged to have threatened the victim with a knife before committing the act. Goeiemann is to appear in court on the 27th of June 2016 to enable him to secure legal representation.  He remains in police custody.
In another unrelated case, Lazarus Matias (38) is also facing a charge of rape that allegedly took place on 2nd December 2014 in the Okahandja Park area of the capital.
Matias is a resident of Erf 604 Okuryangava. He will appear again in court on the 24th of May 2016 as his docket was not at court during his last appearance. He is out on bail of N$ 2 000.00.
