26-year old charged with assault by threat

Ruben Nestor, a Katutura resident, was charged with assault by threat after he threated Kashunga Hendrina that he will cut her with a panga.

The incident took place on the second of May 2016 near Ombili in the Windhoek district. Hendrina felt as though Nestor was able to carry out his threat court documents show.

Nestor is still in police custody and will appear again in court on the 31st of May 2016 after further investigations have been carried out.
