Richard Goaseb (35) a resident of Erf 114 Usakos is accused of killing Magdalena Swaartbooi on the night of 13 April 2016.
The incident took place in the Goreangab Informal Settlement of Windhoek court documents show. Swaartbooi was Goaseb’s girlfriend at the time the incident took place.
The case was postponed to the 30th of June due to further investigations. The accused remains in police custody.
