(28) a resident of Erf 4575 Legion Street, Soweto has been charged with the murder and attempted murder of Angelo Namiseb
and John Nyashanu respectively.

Both incidents took place on the 13th of September 2014.

Angelo was killed after being stabbed several times by the accused
in Legion Street in the Soweto area of the Windhoek district. While the attempted murder of Nyashanu took place in the Soweto area of the Windhoek district. The accused stabbed the victim several times on

the body.
Court documents

show that the accused is out on bail for
the total amount of N$4000.00 and will appear again in court on the 27 May 2016 to hear the Prosecutor Generals decision.
